Java Script Slideshow by WOWSlider.com v4.9

In January 2014, our efforts enabled Tabu Magembe, Mwalu Luhende, Anna Chimi , Membe Malaba and Emmanuel Kamali to attend Secondary Schools.

These young adults have successfully passed their exams to join secondary schools in 2013. The girls joined Tabora Girls Secondary School. Emmanuel joined the school of Shinyanga Secondary School.

These young adults are among the many others at Buhangija who have dreams of studying and becoming self sufficient and being able to help their families. They believe that education is going to help give them a voice for their rights and avoid threats and the killings of albinos.

These students are courageous because they experienced an uphill battle to achieve their goals. Most of them want to be lawyers or doctors and are looking forward for encouragement and support from others. The students will be away from their families. The expectation to meet their family is relatively low due to a lack of money and security. Going to school will help them to gain a new strength and confidence. We thank those who continue to provide support through Albino Charity Organization to educate these qualified students.
